
Jazmine was a Philadelphia native was born and raised in the city. Pam the mother of Jazmine is a former back-up singer of Philadelphia International Records. When she was 5 years old, her dad landed an appointment as the curator at the city's Historic Strawberry Mansion in the Strawberry Mansion section, and her family relocated to the mansion's historical site. The 2005 graduate of Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts where she was an instructor of vocal music.
